Celebrate Saint Louis Fourth of July Sponsorship Commercial

This was a quick turnaround commercial that ran on air locally during the Fourth of July parade. I was given a library of past footage. From there I wrote the script, coordianted with the voiceover artist, and edited the video. I used red light leaks to tie the footage together and hint at the patriotic theme.
